Our firm is lead by attorney Gerard V. Amedio. As a former police officer with 16 years of experience, and Police Officer of the year in 2000, attorney Amedio has handled numerous police investigations in the areas of: Drugs, Sex Crimes, Larceny’s, Assaults, Domestic Violence, DWI’s, traffic accidents and infractions. Attorney Amedio was also a forensic investigator and evidence technician. He knows how the investigation process should work and he knows the shortcuts and errors that can sometimes occur. Attorney Amedio is also an adjunct professor at Russell Sage College where he teaches, Criminal law (4th, 5th, and 6th amendments) and Policing.
